What we will do?
We will start with dumplings as a food form shared across many cultures, then look more closely at Anatolian dumpling traditions. From there, we will experiment together.
We will use gluten-free flour mixes, experiment among 30 different ingredients to make our own fillings, try different folding and sealing methods, cook the dumplings, and taste what we make.
*No previous cooking experience is needed.
