Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website, bookings, workshop registrations, event tickets, pre-orders, and purchases made through Kitchen Testimonies, including through connected platforms such as Holvi or registration forms.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in a Kitchen Testimonies service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Kitchen Testimonies may offer workshops, food experiences, catering-related services, pre-orders, small-batch food items, and other events or services.
Details such as date, time, location, price, content, access information, dietary notes, and booking requirements are provided in the relevant event, product, or service description.
We may update, change, postpone, or cancel services when necessary due to operational reasons, safety concerns, illness, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond our control.
Bookings and payments
Bookings may be made through the website, Holvi online store, registration forms, email, or direct communication.
Payment may be required in advance to confirm a place, order, or service.
For workshops and events, your place is confirmed after payment and, when requested, after completing the related registration/access form.
All prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.
Workshop tickets and cancellations
Workshop tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated in the item or event description.
Kitchen Testimonies workshops are small and prepared for a limited number of participants. Cancellations affect ingredient planning, preparation work, and available places.
Unless otherwise stated in the event description:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop can be fully refunded.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop can be refunded 50%.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop can be refunded 25%.
If you cannot attend because of illness or accident, please contact Kitchen Testimonies as soon as possible. If the situation is documented, a refund or transfer to a future event may be possible.
You may transfer your ticket to another person by agreement. Please contact Kitchen Testimonies in advance so the guest list and dietary/access information can be updated.
If Kitchen Testimonies cancels a workshop or event, the ticket price will be refunded or transferred to a new date by agreement.
Food orders and pre-orders
Food items and pre-orders are prepared in small batches and may be made specifically for your order.
Because food items are perishable and/or prepared for a specific order, they cannot usually be returned or refunded after preparation has started, unless the product is faulty or the order has been cancelled by Kitchen Testimonies.
Specific cancellation or collection terms may be stated separately for each product, menu, or pre-order.
Dietary needs, allergies, and food access
Kitchen Testimonies works with food access, ingredient clarity, and careful preparation.
Customers and participants are responsible for sharing allergies, dietary restrictions, cross-contact concerns, medical dietary needs, access needs, and other relevant information before the event or order deadline.
If you have severe allergies, medical dietary restrictions, strict cross-contact needs, or specific access needs, please contact Kitchen Testimonies before purchasing or booking.
Kitchen Testimonies does its best to prepare carefully and communicate ingredients clearly, but customers must provide accurate and timely information about their needs.
Participant responsibilities
Participants are expected to follow safety instructions, respect the space, and take part in a way that is considerate of other participants.
Kitchen Testimonies may refuse participation or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during workshops and events.
Photography and documentation
Photos or videos may be taken during workshops and events for documentation, communication, or social media.
Identifiable images of participants will not be used publicly without appropriate consent.
If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please inform Kitchen Testimonies before or at the beginning of the event.
For children, consent must be given by a parent or guardian.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kitchen Testimonies is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, disruptions, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
